1. Who We Are
The Women’s Photo Festival is organised by the non-profit association “Cultural association CAMERA LUCIDA”, which is based in Greece and registered under VAT: 996572666. Contact email: womensphotofestival@gmail.com

• Newsletter: Name and email address for sending updates; collected with explicit consent, with an easy opt-out option.
• Submissions / Open Calls: Data such as name, email, images, and possibly phone number and social media accounts for communication are used strictly for managing the participation and future editions, subject to consent.
• Analytics / Cookies: Usage data collected via Google Analytics for site performance and improvement.
• 3. Third-Party Processors
We may use services like Mailchimp for newsletter, Jotform (or similar) for submission forms, and external hosting or infrastructure providers. All partners operate under data-protection agreements.
4. Data Retention Period
• Participant understands that data (e.g., email, images) will be held as long as is necessary to implement administer and manage their participation in the festival or comply with applicable laws.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability. You may file inquiries via womensphotofestival@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
6. Security Measures
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place (e.g., passwords, firewalls, backups) to safeguard data. While no system is completely secure, we strive to maintain high standards.
